I have over 10 years of experience providing emotional and psychosocial support to many individuals and families of all ages, with extensive trauma and crisis intervention. An unbiased approach to understanding Client experiences and preferences is vital. I work with Clients from across all stages of the lifespan and from a variety of backgrounds. I am culturally curious and enjoy learning how people integrate their experiences, traditions, and identities. At all times I make an effort to remain easy to understand, empathetic, and in a posture to provide validation to each Client.
A collaboration will be used between several modalities and evidenced-based interventions and the integration of a client-based approach to tailoring care to meet each Client's needs. Assessment will be completed to determine factors that have influenced the Clients' decisions to seek therapy and how they perceive their causes for experiencing distress.
I am here to be a support to each of my Clients and I can be reached to change and add appointments as needed, which has demonstrated increased safety and reduced distress for Clients in crisis. I am a partner and teammate in your growth and development.
