My specialty client populations I have worked with previously are those struggling with addiction, those experiencing homelessness, and at-risk youth. I will work to assist you through using the skills I have accumulated throughout my education and career to best serve you at your most vulnerable times while learning from your experiences to provide the best possible care and further assist where and when able. I have experience in both outpatient and inpatient counseling, as well as individual and group counseling.
I specialize in dual diagnosis, addiction, food insecurity, housing insecurity, risk-assessments, and various mental health conditions. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, Strengths-based approaches, solutions based, mindfulness interventions, and expressive therapies. We are worthy of care and love, and it is my goal to ensure my clients come to believe this.
