As a practitioner, I specialize in helping clients who are seeking a deeper connection with their souls. My clients are often individuals who are aware of their life experiences and traumas, yet they feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, and shame. I primarily work with creative individuals who may struggle with self-doubt, lack of motivation, and feelings of guilt or isolation. I assist these clients in understanding themselves and their unconscious layers in a new way. My approach is safe, supportive, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative, and clients report feeling seen and heard.
My therapy approach blends Jungian depth psychology and psychoanalysis with tools from my diverse background as a therapist, tarot reader, bodyworker, yoga and meditation instructor, and social worker. I tailor interventions to each client's needs and goals.
