Kyra Lindstrom is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years of experience specializing in depressive, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, recovery from an eating disorder, as well as life transitions and stressors. Kyra works with clients between the ages of 22 and 65+, and utilizes an integrative approach to meet the needs of the clients. Outside of the counseling room, Kyra enjoys traveling and has been known to have lived in Mongolia for over 2 years with the Peace Corps and continues developing friendships with people around the world, incorporating a sense of wonder, creativity, and laughter into the regular day to day life.
Kyra has a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College; she received her Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington.
