My ideal client is one who struggles with achieving the goals they want to accomplish. One who has experienced trauma in the past and isn't sure how to move forward. One who has excessively negative thoughts about themselves or the world, and wants to improve how they see life. A client who has felt like they are drowning in life, in sadness, in anxiety, in fear, and wants to identify strategies to come back afloat.
I employ both cognitive and emotion regulation strategies to help my clientele move forward in their life and to address problems that are presented. Clients can expect to receive solution-focused exploration of issues, a better understanding of the cause of challenges, and concise and efficient coping skills to help move forward and improve their life.
My most important qualification as a therapist is my deep-seated passion regarding life wellness and enjoyment. I have a passion for helping individuals who struggle to enjoy their life and their experiences, improve on those skills.
