I work with clients experiencing distress related to anxiety, depression, life cycle transitions, past trauma, relationship issues, peripartum issues, and parenting struggles, as well as other emotional struggles. Client's may have goals around finding happiness, improving communication or connection in relationships, or managing difficult emotions. I can provide guidance and support in the process of reaching your goals. Clients often find themselves feeling more hopeful and feeling more motivated after their first session.
I specialize in work with couples and peri-partum issues. After offering support and advice in a midwifery setting, I have gained comfort and experience working with expecting and new parents with common relationship issues and peripartum mood struggles. My passion is creating a safe base where parents can feel confident in their roles and abilities.
For those experiencing emotional or relationship distress, therapy can be a supportive and simple way to increase clarity, confidence, and happiness. Your work will reflect your values, emotions, and logic, helping you reach goals that have otherwise felt too difficult to reach on your own. I hope to help you identify your strengths and feel more fulfilled.
