Whatever you are going through, seeing a qualified and supportive therapist can change your life. I have a master's in social work and a master's in clinical mental health counseling and 50+ years of my own healing. As a professional counselor, I work with you to process trauma, abuse, relationship issues, depression, even face suicidal thoughts. I am strength-based, trauma informed and use evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to overcome harmful thoughts and emotions. You can heal from the issues interfering with your happiness.

It is possible to live a life with self-worth, wholeness and peace within yourself.
