While specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Anger Behaviors, POC, Grief, Self-Harm Reduction, and Motivation, I aim to provide a more relaxed, playful, and conversational talk therapy approach as I am highly interpersonal with my work, with the goal of providing you with comfort and acceptance.

While utilizing a strength-based and integrative approach, I believe you are the expert on your experiences and will accompany you in finding the answers you’re looking for.
