I specialize in the areas of life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, religious and spiritual trauma/healing, plant medicine integration, trauma, addiction recovery, relationship issues, self compassion, identity formation, spiritual/religious experiences, and creating boundaries with others. It is a honor and great privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the process of healing, self discovery and growth. It is a great joy to partner with clients to support them in coming home to themselves.
My approach to therapy is a person centered, collaborative and integrative. I use parts/IFS work, embodied somatic work, expressive arts, and mindfulness to help support you as we process and integrate the work you are coming to therapy for.
I know what it's like to feel alone in your pain. My hope is for you to experience the freedom that comes when you are connected to your true self, know the joy that comes when you are living a story aligned with who you are and to have an embodied experience of a healthier and more alive version of yourself. Groups
Support group for helping professionals
This is a group for therapists and other helping professionals such as nurses and social workers to receive support and nourishment. Many of us in this field are experiencing burnout, stress, struggles with boundaries and limits, isolation from other colleagues and challenging work environments. I have personally struggled with all of these areas and have returned from a long sabbatical feeling refreshed and want to provide a place to help support and help the helpers. This is a place to share, connect, and experience ways of finding calm.
