I specialize in working with youth who have a history of anxiety, self harm, thoughts of suicide, peer conflicts, immigration trauma, and second generation family dynamics. I incorporate elements of mindfulness, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy and I speak Spanish.
