My goal is to help you not only find your true self again, but help you mend broken relationships, communicate better with loved ones, empower you to make healthy decisions, and help with any transitions you may be going through.
I have spent time with both adults and children throughout my studies. I have a strong belief in healthy communication and helping clients achieve that. I also take pride in problem solving behaviors and strategies, helping individuals feel empowered to use their strengths to solve everyday tasks and challenges.
