I can help you organize emotions, build connection and security, develop a language for sharing hurts and needs, and help you know how to respond to each other's struggles.
I support clients to create a new map for dealing with struggles, hurts, and stress points. I work with the origins of your pain so patterns can be healed and new possibilities can emerge. We can clarify what each person truly needs, heal fears and misses, bridge the differences in how you deal with emotions, and find joy in the fullness of who you are.
