I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC) who specializes in substance abuse, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I work with couples, families, and clients ages 5 and up. I like creating a space where clients can express themselves, filter free! My preferred theoretical orientation is rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). I enjoy meeting clients where they are and helping them discover where they want to go. Together, we create a route to get them to their desired outcomes.
