Great to meet you! I'm Kyle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Fordham University with my Masters in Social Work. I practice virtually with clients in NJ, SC, and PA. I'm human first and foremost, and can relate to you through that lens. I use humor, empathy, and curiosity to help you build insight, change behavior, learn new coping skills, and improve symptoms. My background includes working with clients living with depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, men's issues, women's issues, self-esteem, grief/loss, cultural issues, and relationship concerns.
My collaborative and affirmative approach helps us build a trusting relationship. I use evidence based psychotherapy to help you reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and manage your emotions. I can help you feel understood, listened to, and gain insight into your emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. I will work with you to help you feel better.
