Are you feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, stress, and panic attacks? You're not alone. 60% of Americans experience mental health symptoms at least once in their lifetime. Whether you're experiencing social anxiety, generalized anxiety (pervasive worry), or panic attacks that are keeping you up at night. I want to offer my services as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to help you find relief from the anxious thoughts and overthinking you're experiencing. We can stop anxiety in it's tracks, and start living a more fulfilling and authentic life. Change is more than possible, it's doable.
I am not a generalist. Although I can treat a variety of mental health concerns, I am an expert in treating anxiety disorders. I treat them with an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness skills. My approach is specific to each individual's needs and guided by the trust earned throughout therapy.
My personal belief is that anyone can change. Through deep empathy, compassion, and an understanding of what anxiety feels like, I can help you feel better. I've helped hundreds of people address their fears, learn to cope, and face challenges head on in their lives. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and take that first step towards change.

I work with clients who are experiencing stress/tension, anxiety, and overall life dissatisfaction. I want to facilitate change in observable and measurable ways with the clients I serve.
