I incorporate structured approaches to therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so clients can implement therapeutic skills into their lives that address their concerns. My education is ongoing and I am constantly learning new theoretical approaches according to the needs of my client. I will never use a technique that I am not adequately trained in.
