I specialize in OCD, panic, and anxiety-related disorders. Those struggling with OCD often feel misunderstood. OCD not only interferes with daily activities and relationships, obsessive thoughts can be extremely painful, scary, and lonely. I am passionate about using structured, evidenced-based treatment for OCD. I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). However, I also integrate Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In addition to my focus on OCD treatment, I commonly use Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts to help individuals with anxiety and trauma related distress respond to painful symptoms in a new healthy way.
Sometimes when you are really struggling, it can be hard to know where to start. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space to begin to untangle the things that are feeling overwhelming.
