The most important thing I provide is a client-centered relational approach. I believe a therapeutic relationship to be one that allows for a full expression of thoughts and feelings which is necessary for a beneficial outcome. I've also worked and trained in several skills-based therapies such as CBT, DBT and ACT and work on coping skills when helpful.
