Whether you are struggling with relationship difficulties, past trauma, or depression/anxiety, therapy is a space for you to feel fully heard and understood, to process painful events in the presence of someone who attunes to you and explores with you, and to find your own truths, meaning, and direction. I am active, direct, and authentic in sessions, while also holding a lot of faith that your own answers will come into view as we move obstacles out of the way. I am passionate about working relationally in the here-and-now, as I've found it offers the most immediate path toward healing.
I specialize in complex trauma, attachment issues, and chronic pain/illness. I enjoy working with couples and families. A majority of my clinical experience has been in a crisis setting, and I'm comfortable working with acute issues and severe mental illness. I also have a background in dance and literature and enjoy working with creatives of all stripes.
My practice draws from humanistic, relational, experiential, psychodynamic, existential/transpersonal, and emotionally-focused approaches, while I also strive to meet you exactly where you are as we collaborate on your unique healing journey.
