Hello and welcome! My name is Kyla and I offer a non-judgmental and welcoming virtual therapy experience. I specialize in helping people externalize themselves from their fears and worries by using a combination of approaches. I pride myself on being a therapist who listens with intent and who is able to provide feedback and challenge you when needed. I work with clients in a variety of ways to help them better understand themselves and to improve their mental health.
Sometimes we need help to sort through our life story, our thoughts, and our feelings. I am a therapist who meets you where you are in your journey. I take the time to listen carefully to your story and identify pieces of information to bring back to your awareness for further processing as it pertains to you're goals, diagnosis, and healing.
