Do you struggle with trying to calm your anxiety and feel happy with who you are? Have you gone through situations that others can't seem to relate to? My specialty is working with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression as results of past traumas, individuals struggling with healing from past trauma, and those struggling with the uncertainties of their future and life's purpose.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I have seven years of experience providing mental health and addiction services to individuals with a range of life experiences dealing with trauma. I cannot wait to get started with you on your healing journey!
Our sessions will be tailored to you. You are the expert of your own life, and we will work to help facilitate discovery, understanding, change, and/or acceptance in a way that is most comfortable for you, starting wherever you are.
