Mindive offers experienced, qualified, and licensed mental health services to children, families, individuals and couples.  Our therapists have over thirty combined years in providing therapeutic change and growth.

I work with a variety of clients who are dealing with relational dysfunction and/or problematic sexual behavior. I assist my clients in learning a new language and using practical tools to better understand how to deal with unwanted sexual desires, thoughts, attitudes, and behavior. I seek to help clients achieve and maintain sobriety, do the deeper work of recovery, rebuild trust, and reintegrate into broken relationships.

I have practiced social work for 20 years, most of which has involved children and adults with histories of trauma and significant treatment needs. I have approximately 4 years of experience with direct treatment of children and adults in a therapeutic practice or setting and obtained my LCSW to be able to independently practice. I enjoy working with children, adults, families, and couples with regard to complex treatment needs such as trauma, conflict resolution, anxiety and mood disorders, grief, and developmental issues affecting individuals and families such as learning disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist certified as a Dialectical Behavior Therapist and as a certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist. I have gained a wide range of experience working with children, teens and adults of all diversities across settings. I have training and experience helping individuals address an array of concerns, but primarily focus on assisting children, adolescents, teens and young adults cope with a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, mood related disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, self harm, nutritional concerns, relationship concerns, and self esteem.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health. I also obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from EKU. As a LPCA I will practice under the direct supervision of Amanda Parsons, LPCC-S. I have experience working with children, adolescents & adults. My therapeutic approach focuses on person centered therapy & solution focused therapy. I collaborate with my clients to understand their goals to formulate an effective treatment plan for each client. I hope to create a safe space for my clients to share their lives with with me.

I have over 16 years in practice with experience treating general mental health issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, trauma and grief. I work from a solution-focused, person-centered approach and address not only the individual in therapy, but their family unit or family of choice. Heuser Hearing Institute Integrative Counseling & Wellness Clinic provides in-clinic, telehealth and video remote sessions for individuals, families and caregivers of all ages to cope with the stress and practical challenges of life, hearing health, as well as for those in need of connection to Community Health Navigation and/or other community-based resources. Life is a series of transitions - some peaks and some valleys. I find these valleys often are a result of internal conflict and external events or pressure. I believe that we all have an authentic self and much of the internal conflict comes from living inauthentically, which develops into maladaptive behaviors. I am a pediatric psychologist with 25 years experience in the field of mental health, having worked exclusively with children and teens for the past 20 years. I have experience in treating a wide range of problems, but I am especially skilled in working with those who are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD) as well as children who struggle with anxiety, OCD, social delays and sensory issues. I will work with you and your child to help clarify goals for treatment. I believe that treatment should be individualized to the needs of both the client and the family, that uniqueness should be celebrated and that strengths should be built upon.

Michael Hiser is a Marriage & Family Therapy Associate, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Circle of Security Certified Facilitator. As an advocate for the under-served he loves working with individuals and families as well as youth who struggle with addictions. A Christian minister with an open, caring and respectful manner that is very welcoming to hurting people. Women who suffer from compromising relationships find Michael to be a breath of fresh air. He creates a safe and warm atmosphere for working through tough issues and problems in a variety of situations.
