I base my counseling style on my clients needs, strengths and goals. I utilize multiple models in the counseling experience: Advanced Accelerated Resolution; ART, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Play Therapies. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have been credentialed by Washington State as a Child Mental Health Specialist and a Mental Health Professional. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals and couples. My priority is to create space for my clients to feel safe and supported with whatever challenges they are currently facing. I have advanced training in Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and emotion focused couples therapy. I have worked in a community mental health setting and correctional facilities dealing with co-morbid disorders.

Justin treats adult clients with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, and career guidance. He has specialized training and a depth of experience working with people who want better relationships. Another area Justin has specialized training in includes sports performance.
