Our world can be pretty stressful and most of us spend a lot of our time feeling guilty, overwhelmed and have a belief that we are somehow deficient. I enjoy working with anyone who may be experiencing anxiety, depression and self-destructive habits due to having those negative beliefs and feelings about themselves. We all experience stressful things in life, and when there is just too many stressors creating an imbalance it can be difficult to have kindness to ourselves. I work to help others Learn how to be kinder to themselves, solve problems, regulate emotions and feel better about the way they are navigating life.

Many of the individuals I work with are struggling with unwanted thoughts, excessive worrying, often feeling depressed and/or struggling with not having a sense of control (or fear of uncertainty). They are often putting themselves down, experiencing poor self-esteem, not feeling like they are enough and/or placing high expectations on themselves or even others. They also may be struggling with adapting to multiple changes and/ or stressors going on in their life, balancing the work/school/life stress, or simply need help with improving expressing their feelings.

She is the owner of The Delta Group which specializes in telehealth services with a focus on: Trauma Related Disorders (including Racial Trauma), Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, Adjustment and Transitional Concerns, Parenting Challenges, and LGBTQIA Issues.
