I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Peristeam Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. I have been working in the mental health field for over 22 years and have a holistic perspective.

I am a therapist specializing in adult mental health and addiction disorders. I have 10 years of experience providing individual, family, group, and couples therapy. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. My mission is to be used by God to help others reach their highest potential and purpose in life; to represent and teach tolerance, respect, and harmony; and to promote social and economic justice. With a decade of experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology, therapeutic meditation and energy therapies including reiki and shamanism. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul. We all experience disharmony, ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving and times of struggle. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Louisville, KY specializing in children, adolescents and families. In 2006, I founded Pediatric Psychological Associates, a private practice dedicated to helping children from their earliest years through their challenging teens. Prior to private practice, I served as a pediatric psychologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. I work with children and teens with a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental and social problems. I have specific expertise in the area of pediatric anxiety and pediatric health psychology.
