I take a holistic approach to healing, while also utilizing evidence-based methods such as EMDR, art therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and various talk therapy modalities, helping you process and tap into feelings that you may have struggled to find or articulate. Sometimes our human experience can affect us in ways we wish it didn’t, and I'd like to help you improve in areas that need most attention.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy with a creative, collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and find working with children and families especially rewarding. I am currently working toward certification in Play Therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe space for healing and growth. My work is client-centered so your priorities and goals will become mine as we work together.

Often clients have lost hope, being driven by anxiety and depression along with lack of coping skills other than substance use or behaviors that no longer work.
