Dorothy "Holli" West is a licensed professional clinical counselor. She completed her master's degree in mental health and rehabilitation counseling, graduate work and her bachelor's degree in sociology at the University of South Florida. She has more than 25 years of experience in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She has advanced training in trauma informed care and resolution, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma, the treatment of substance abuse and dependence, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Dr. Tim Thornberry, Jr. is a Psychologist in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2022. He has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University, an MS in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University, and a BA in Psychology from Western Kentucky University. Dr. Thornberry can provide psychotherapy and psychological assessment services for individuals and families across the lifespan with a variety of mental health problems and/or problems with adjusting to stressors, life transitions, academic or vocational concerns, or medical issues.

Kelsey has experience working with neurodiverse individuals with ADHD and autism. Apart from therapy, she offers autism testing for official autism diagnosis. In addition, Kelsey collaborates with pelvic floor physical therapists and OBGYN's in the area to assist her clients with pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, hormone therapies, etc.
