I specialize in Trauma Focused-Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP) and provide experiential therapy for those who are looking for something different than traditional office based or on-line therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, families and adults whose lives have been impacted by relational, behavioral and mental health struggles. I have experience with and truly love working with all age groups. I began TF-EAP to fill the void in effective treatment for Developmental, Pre-Verbal and Complex Trauma and Attachment Disruptions.

McKenna has worked with a wide variety of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has specific training and experience in Emotionally-Focused Therapy. Her specific areas of knowledge are working with depression and anxiety; work, life, or family stress; processing through trauma experiences; and conflict and communication issues.
