I work with adolescents, teens, adults, and families and accept various insurances as well as private pay. Those who come to me are often struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and many other challenges. As a Temporary Licensed Psychological Associate (T-LPA), I provide in-person and telehealth sessions to adolescents and adults in Kentucky. My focus lies predominantly on addressing stressors associated with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, autism, and ADHD. In my practice, I adopt a collective strengths-based neurodiversity-affirming approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. This approach allows me to tailor my interventions to suit each individual's unique needs. I can also provide assessments for the diagnosis of ADHD.
