I believe deeply that you are the ultimate expert on yourself and the focus of our therapeutic relationship will always be all about you and how we can begin moving towards “your best self.”
I utilize various methods to help my clients become their best self, including EMDR, CBT, individual and couple’s counseling - I operate from the standpoint that the point of going to therapy is to STOP going to therapy. My goal is to help you work towards your goals so that we can get you back to living your best life.
