Hi, I'm Krista, and have been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2015. My approach is person centered and relational. Many of my interventions balance acceptance and change approaches informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as other trauma and family systems approaches.
