I enjoy working with clients ages 2+, from all backgrounds, focusing on children, teens who are opposed to mental health treatment (as well as the agreeable ones), and families. Some of the diagnoses I work with are Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am comfortable working with talkative clients, clients who are reserved and withdrawn, and those who do not talk much at all. I'm a psychologist with 30 years experience, having had three stages of my career: a) testing students with learning disabilities; b) working with family-owned businesses; and c) helping build healthy workplace cultures, primarily with the 5 languages of appreciation. I'm moving into a new stage - consulting with individuals wanting help growing into a new stage of their life and career. This includes family businesses, leaders (and potential leaders), writers, trainers - individuals needing help getting "unstuck".

I believe that in order to get the most out of therapy, the client needs to work in collaboration with the therapist. Our childhood and current stresses can affect our mental health. I work with clients ages 5 and up. I work with family systems that are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, trauma, and relationship and family issues. I have been trained in sand tray therapy and EMDR.

Jon is a License Marriage and Family Therapist that works with individuals, couples and families. He works with adults and teens that are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma, parenting, divorce, PTSD, grief/loss, relationship enhancement, premarital work and chronic illness. He works collaboratively with clients at their own pace and clients will customize their desired goals. He offers a safe and accommodating therapy environment. He empowers individuals, couples and families to breakthrough challenging life circumstances and increase personal and relationship growth.

Steve’s practice focus is working with men and couples. Addressed issues include mood disorders, unhealthy behaviors, histories of abuse and neglect, grief, trauma, and pornography. Steve also works with couples to preserve and strengthen their relationship. Steve and his wife Julie are Certified premarital preparation facilitators. Both are Certified Enneagram Coaches. Julie is a Certified Life Coach who is available to work with Steve in couples work. Julie, who is a former fitness instructor, and Steve utilize a whole person health perspective.

I am a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker available in-person and online. I see children (5+), adolescents, and adults. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief, and loss. I also have experience working in the child welfare system, the medical system, and in education. I have a special interest in helping clients with women’s health challenges, such as infertility, loss, NICU stays, and complicated birth experiences.
