I am here to support anyone and everyone who is going through a difficult time in life or a has a goal they would like to reach. I have 10 years of experience practicing therapy with clients ranging from 5 years old to adulthood. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families that have endured significant traumas or are struggling with mental health from a multitude of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

I have a passion for helping couples navigate through relational issues. I have previous experience working in community mental health, crisis services, private practice as well as in the child welfare system. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. I have completed PSI Perinatal Mental Health 2-Day Certificate Course and Perinatal Mental Health Advanced Psychotherapy Training.

My primary practice is the assessment and treatment of children, birth through age 10, with developmental and social-emotional difficulties. I offer clinical assessment for children and individual, client-centered therapy for children and their caregivers. I specialize in treating children with trauma-related conditions, including child maltreatment and attachment or adjustment disorders. This includes work around grief and loss, and those impacted by divorce or separation from caregivers. Additionally, my work with children involves parenting education and support when there are stressors within the family system.

As a fellow human in progress, I believe our greatest resource is relationship and the ability to connect with one another. It is often in the messiness of relationships we’re hurt, but it is also in relationships that we find healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Specialist Social Worker and Sex Therapist currently achieving a discipline towards a PHD in Clinical Sexology. I work with individuals and families. I am eclectically trained in areas of marriage/couples counseling, family structured therapy, behavior management/modification therapy, forensic social work, motivational interviewing, narrative approach, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, comorbidity diagnosis and solution focused therapy.

Hello, I am Kaci Ziegler, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the counseling field for the last six years. I have worked in schools, hospitals, and community mental health settings. I provide easy-to-use video therapy that can help support rural communities, busy families, and make access to mental health care quick and comfortable.

In most cases, “talk therapy” alone is insufficient. At every visit, I teach evidenced-based skills that have been rigorously tested from clinical research. I have developed a consultation style to therapy based on my experiences as a psychologist integrated in medical teams. This style allows me to consider treatment from multiple perspectives and this generally leads to earlier improvement, fewer overall visits, faster feedback and treatment ideas.
