As a Licensed Psychologist with a doctoral degree from KU, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings for 22 years. Before my PHD, I received a Masters of Nursing degree at KU and worked as a nurse practitioner. Using behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies, I try to quickly identify your issues. Together, we can decide the issues you want to work on and set goals. In a relaxing and calming office, I try to provide an understanding and non-judgmental environment.

Sometimes we get stuck, we can't seem to find our way, and we don't know what step to take next. During these times, reaching out can be difficult, but it can also be one of the best decisions you make. I'm here to help you problem solve, process, and build strategies to help you live a genuinely satisfying life.
