They fell stuck and unable to make choices. Big things and little things feel equally overwhelming and unmanageable. Or they find themselves making choices that they later regret and don’t understand why they made them.

I have been in practice for over 30 years. I treat individuals and couples for a variety of issues. I am passionate about people, marriage, and families. My number one goal is helping you achieve your stated counseling goals. I believe your goals can be met providing you are willing to honestly address your concerns and take necessary steps to resolve them. I started my journey to become a counselor on the other side of the globe while living in Beijing, China for six years. There, I learned to be curious, and observant, and look for the common threads of the human experience that connect all of us. I also discovered first-hand how compassion and empathy in relationships can facilitate healing. I believe that people are resilient and that at any moment they are doing the best they can with the resources they have available to them, and it is my privilege as a counselor to walk alongside my clients on that journey.
