Caleb is Christian Counselor, a Certified Sex Addiction Counselor (CSAT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, with a Masters of Psychology in Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Caleb specializes in helping men work through addiction recovery, anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

I enjoy working with clients ages 2+, from all backgrounds, focusing on children, teens who are opposed to mental health treatment (as well as the agreeable ones), and families. Some of the diagnoses I work with are Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am comfortable working with talkative clients, clients who are reserved and withdrawn, and those who do not talk much at all. Whether you are ready to get to the nitty gritty immediately, or need time to get comfortable, I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your mental health journey.

My personal life experience has guided my professional focus toward helping clients build resilience and successfully navigate life’s adversities. Sometimes, it can feel like life is dealing us more than we can handle. It is full of complications, difficult circumstances and unforeseen changes that can have a significant impact on our well-being and the health of our relationships. I take a systemic approach treatment, taking into consideration each client’s biological, psychological, social, and spiritual contexts. My therapy room is a safe haven to lay down burdens and gain insight with non-judgmental support.

Jon is a License Marriage and Family Therapist that works with individuals, couples and families. He works with adults and teens that are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma, parenting, divorce, PTSD, grief/loss, relationship enhancement, premarital work and chronic illness. He works collaboratively with clients at their own pace and clients will customize their desired goals. He offers a safe and accommodating therapy environment.
