Hi There! I'm Krystyna. She/Her (LGBTQ+ Safe Space) Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you struggling to keep up with important relationships in your life or find it difficult to connect with others? Are you finding it difficult to have positive feelings when it comes to work, school, or health? Is it hard to be nice to yourself? I help individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and high functioning ADHD manage their anxiety, increase feelings of well-being, and avoid feeling out of control. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I also integrate CBT, exposure therapy, and mindfulness to help you develop a stronger more positive relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, family dynamic issues, PTSD, ADHD, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help.
