My ideal client is someone experiencing mental health symptoms or a diagnosis for the first time or a parent or caregiver of a person struggling with mental health or addiction. I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health system in Ohio and have special expertise in crisis intervention and navigation from the initial diagnosis to recovery and stability. For my therapy clients, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral interventions to help my clients work through life's most stressful times.
