I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Nevada, Reno. I specialize in assisting adults, adolescents and young children navigate their way through life’s challenges. As someone who personally has experienced anxiety and depression, I understand that sometimes a person may need an additional support system, would benefit from hearing a different perspective, and/or just needs someone to talk to. I provide a safe and therapeutic environment, and hope to empower you to overcome your toughest challenges. I believe that every person is a unique individual and wants to be heard.
Considering that no two people are alike, I provide a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. The goal of these methods is to provide guidance and coping skills to help you live your best life.
