Hi! It is my goal to provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals seeking personal growth and emotional support. If you're navigating relationship issues, struggling with low self-esteem, battling anxiety or perfectionism, dealing with grief and loss, or simply going through life transitions, it is my goal to help you find inner balance and harmony. I believe in a holistic approach that values the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. Clients are the experts of their own experiences, and I trust in their innate healing process.
My role is to provide empathic support and a strengths-focused perspective to help my clients navigate life's challenges. I employ mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and parts work, as well as art therapy, emphasizing strengths to assist clients in exploring their values and finding genuine self compassion.
