My clients have successfully overcome depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, marital stress, parent-child difficulties, domestic violence, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and anger issues. My specialties include working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and working with teens!
Once you learn how to reduce and stop engaging in avoiding activities, you'll learn how to tolerate anxiety, distress, and discomfort better and reduce obsessions and intrusive thoughts.
