I work with adults of every race, gender, ethnicity, and sexuality in addressing a wide array of concerns. I treat depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, stress, self-esteem, social anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and ADHD. I also have experience working with substance use disorders and people involved in the criminal justice system and would be happy to provide an accepting space for these issues.
My approach in therapy often includes features of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and existential therapy. I often integrate exposure into my practices as I believe growth happens outside of the comfort zone. I will adjust my therapeutic method based on your individual needs.
As one goes through the trials and tribulations of life, the only way forward is one step at a time. I believe my role is to be a guide and supportive figure, collaborating with you in heading towards a life in alignment with your goals and values.
