I have worked in the helping field for over eighteen years. My most recent roles include hospice, youth aging out of foster care and working with youth and adults experiencing homelessness. I have worked with individuals and groups experiencing life transitions/change, grief/loss, anxiety, a loss of self-esteem/confidence, lack of motivation and trauma.
