I come from a person-center, trauma-informed approach to highlight your innate resiliency in our work together. I provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, etc
Some of the primary modalities I use in my practice include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-based Psychotherapy, Somatics and more.
