As the founder of Mind Matters Mental Health & Wellness, I am dedicated to providing excellent mental health guidance. People choose to seek guidance through counseling for a variety of reasons, and thankfully, asking for professional support has become a normal part of our society. While specializing in a variety of mental health matters, I practice on the premise that mental health and physical health go hand-in-hand. My goal is to help you find empowerment within yourself to grow or heal and to provide expertise in the topics you wish to address. It is my honor to help you do the work to become the best version of yourself!
Drawing from a variety of theories, my overall approach is strength-based, solution-focused, collaborative, empathetic, and holistic. I am versed in a variety of mental health topics from daily life stressors and adjustments to major mental health diagnoses. My experience as a Div. 1 athlete lends to further expertise in sports and performance counseling.
