I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and work with individuals and families dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational struggles, transitions and grief. I counsel all ages and specialize in children and teens who have experienced trauma. I have extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in and utilize EMDR.
