My passion is helping individuals of all ages to heal and grow. I offer a multidisciplinary approach to help clients overcome challenges and live their best lives. I utilize an acceptance-based counseling approach to help clients navigate difficult life situations and a variety of mental health issues. Counseling sessions can be in-person or online. I combine talk therapy with advanced neurotechnology techniques to help my clients improve their mental, emotional and cognitive health long-term. I don’t think of your brain as the problem, but rather the solution. Every brain is capable of change and improved self-regulation.
Neurofeedback therapy is an excellent complementary treatment to traditional talk therapy because it helps with conditions that are of concern to nearly everyone: stress reactivity, quality of sleep, alertness, energy level, mood regulation, appetite regulation and cognitive function. It can also help with the anxiety, depression, & attentional issues.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally, I am a Certified Heartmath Practitioner and Alpha-stim Provider with over 10 years of experience in neurofeedback and biofeedback treatment modalities.
