On a daily basis, we’re expected to stay connected, but limit screen time; be conscious of what you put in your body, but don’t restrict; be a leader, but don’t be bossy; do your best, but don’t be a perfectionist; be expressive, but not dramatic.
While the concept of achieving a perfect balance in each area of our lives is a lovely idea, it’s not sustainable. Life- with or without the perfect body, career, relationships- will always be served with a side of BS. When you shift your focus from coping with, to transforming through the BS, this functional life can become a fulfilling journey.

Doing Hard Things (OCD, Anxiety, Phobias)
Doing Hard Things: Breaking the cycle of anxiety & avoidance --------- Living with ruminations, obsessions, and intrusive thoughts is challenging. Avoidance and compulsive behaviors are often the default way that we manage anxiety, but those same behaviors continue the cycle. This group is for adults ages 18-40 that are looking to break the cycle of anxiety & avoidance or obsessions & compulsions. All group members must be actively seeing an individual therapist on a regular basis. Minimum of 4 session commitment, with option to continue with additional 4-week commitments.
