Many people often feel disconnected or experienced a recent loss or change. I enjoy assisting clients in getting to know themselves better. Other times, Brief counseling (8 sessions or less) can be just as rewarding. It depends on what you are looking for, which is not set in stone! Relationships are hard, therapy is the real safe space to dig deep, evaluate, address the not-so-fun things that brings discomfort or that have been avoided. Therapy is a journey. Each experience is valuable in the big picture.
My experience comes with a full range. My educational background provided foundational knowledge for both Clinical Counselor as well as Marriage & Family Therapy. St. Paul location may be an option in the future.
My style is laid back, person-centered. Clients report feeling at ease, able to open up when ready & share without fear of shame or judgement. Change is slow, but progress can sneak up on you! If you'd like to give therapy a try, wanting to get back into therapy, please reach out. My style, our work May be significantly different than past experiences.
