If you are experiencing perinatal depression, anxiety, or OCD this can feel very isolating and lonely. You may also be feeling overwhelmed about seeking help due to stigma, judgment, and other barriers to accessing care such as no child care or not having many good options in your area. I help women, and their families, who are struggling as they walk through the pregnancy and postpartum journey. I provide teletherapy only to help increase the access to care for those who may live in more rural areas or for those who have little support to watch their children while they go to session. I don't mind kids in the background of session.
I am passionate about empowering and supporting women throughout their perinatal journey. I aim to emphasize the importance of building a supportive and non-judgmental rapport that allows my clients to feel safe as they work towards their self-potential. My goal is to apply a client-centered approach focusing on YOUR strengths as catalysts toward change.
